Ian Cook is a passionate anti-corruption advocate and the leader of Ian Cook's Anti-Corruption Group. His journey began with the unlawful closure of his family business, I Cook Foods.
This thriving, family-run enterprise employed 41 locals before it was shut down by Dr Brett Sutton, following actions by Dandenong Council Health Inspectors. The closure, widely and legally ruled unlawful, has become a rallying point for Ian’s fight against corruption.
Ian is committed to holding those responsible for this wrongdoing accountable through ongoing legal action. He understands the far-reaching consequences of corruption and how it undermines trust, destroys small business and livelihoods, and impacts communities.
His mission is to ensure that no other Australian business owner endures the same injustice.
Ian Cook's Anti-Corruption Group aims to tackle corruption at all levels of government, advocating for transparency, accountability, and fairness. Ian believes that with collective effort, we can build a system where integrity prevails over misconduct.
Ian invites all Australians to join the movement.
Follow the group’s work, get involved, and stand together to fight corruption. With your support, we can create lasting change and protect the values that underpin a fair and just society
