About Ian Cook

Ian Cook is the former owner of I Cook Foods, a family-run business employing 41 local Victorians. Ian experienced firsthand the devastating impact of government and council corruption when his business was unlawfully shut down. 

This isn’t his opinion. A Supreme Court judge ruled that the closure of I Cool Foods was unlawful. Till this day, the Victorian Government has refused to compensate Ian for the illegal closure.  

SlugGate and Bike Boy. 

This closure of Ian’s business became known as the SlugGate scandal.  The other corruption scandal Ian is campaigning on is the Bike Boy scandal. The Bike Boy scandal relates to a car crash where former Premier Daniel Andrews, or his wife, ran over a 15 year old boy on a bike, almost killing him. And then the couple lies about it. 

Ian’s fight isn’t just about his story:
